Calgary Insurance Team Lead Role

Be a pivotal Team Lead at our Calgary Fisher Street office, championing insurance expertise and team excellence. Drive performance through coaching and client management support. In this role, you will oversee and mentor a team of advisors working in Personal Lines and Small Business insurance. Your expertise and hands-on leadership will help you navigate complex client cases and ensure effective team communication, enhancing overall productivity and service quality. The position requires a mix of insurance knowledge and strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of insurance advisors
- Advise on complex client issues requiring expertise
- Coach and develop team members' skills and confidence
- Promote effective communication strategies within the team
- Ensure high standards in client service delivery
- Valid Level 2 General Insurance License
- Pursuing CAIB or CIP designation preferred
- Strong Epic Broker Management system knowledge
- 2-5 years of relevant experience required
- Ability to thrive in a client-focused atmosphere
