Your ability to translate client visions into innovative, sustainable designs will be crucial. You will also mentor teams while ensuring clarity of design intent and strong collaboration across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of architectural projects
• Mentor and inspire multidisciplinary teams
• Serve as primary client contact for project expectations
• Manage project pursuits including RFQs and RFPs
• Integrate architectural and structural systems into cohesive designs

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of relevant architectural experience
• Professional degree in Architecture required
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM strongly preferred
• Organized leader with strong communication skills
• LEED AP credential is a plus
