Mitacs Remote Quality Assurance Analyst

This full-time, temporary role offers flexibility in work arrangement, either fully remote or hybrid, if near Mitacs offices in major Canadian cities. You'll play a crucial part in Mitacs’ initiative to modernize its applications while collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers and product owners. Your contributions will help ensure product excellence through effective testing and automation strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing across web and integrated systems
- Maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Conduct functional, regression, and API testing
- Design test cases for complete requirement coverage
- Troubleshoot defects in Azure Dev Ops or Jira
- 5+ years of QA experience; 2+ years in test automation
- Experience with cloud-based and enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments
- Proficiency in automation frameworks/tools
- English language skills required; French a plus
