Quality Assurance Engineer I Opportunity

Agilus by Synergie is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer I to lead quality initiatives in Calgary’s Oil and Gas sector. Focus on quality management systems and compliance monitoring for inspections. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3 to 5 years of quality assurance experience. As a professional engineer, you will independently assess compliance, develop quality procedures, and collaborate with project teams and inspectors. Your technical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring project success and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Independently assess compliance with quality standards
- Lead corrective actions for non-conforming situations
- Act as the primary liaison for inspections
- Ensure project compliance with quality plans
- Assist in developing quality procedures and plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is essential
- 3-5 years of QA experience preferred
- Ability to work with little direction
- Quick learning and technical initiative required
- P.Eng. designation favored
