EHN Business Development Director Opening

EHN Canada

Drive business growth as the Business Development Director at EHN. In this pivotal role, you'll manage prospecting and client onboarding efforts to expand our business presence. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will lead strategic initiatives in connecting with new clients. Your work will encompass fostering relationships within critical industries while navigating the complexities of Mental Health and Addictions services. Collaboration with internal teams will support the effective transition of new referrals into our portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key groups to shape business strategies
  • Manage prospecting efforts for corporate client engagement
  • Oversee leads from marketing and transition strategies
  • Provide insights for process improvement in business strategies
  • Engage in professional development for personal growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Business or Marketing
  • 5+ years of business development experience required
  • Understanding of Mental Health and Addictions systems
  • Proven success in sales and relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
