About the Role  

VML Montréal is looking for a versatile, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to join our team as an  Account Manager, Client Services .  

In this role, you will provide key administrative and operational support across accounts, with a focus on managing client budgets, maintaining schedules, preparing team status updates, and coordinating campaign adaptation projects for the Quebec market.  

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is genuinely interested in creative campaigns and teamwork.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Accurately manage and track client budgets.  
  • Maintain and update production and delivery schedules.  
  • Prepare team status updates and track ongoing tasks.  
  • Coordinate campaign adaptation projects for the Quebec market.  
  • Support leadership and account supervision in the coordination and tracking of creative campaigns.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.  
  • Assist with preparing status reports, presentations, and account-related communications.  
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, remain consistent, and are compliant with requirements.  

 

What  We’re  Looking For  

  • A background in marketing, communications, administration, advertising, or a related field.  
  • Relevant experience in client services, account coordination, project management, or an administrative role within the creative or advertising industry.  
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and multiple deadlines.  
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially when it comes to budgets, timelines, and deliverables.  
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using project management tools.  
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in both languages, particularly in a bilingual team and client environment.  

 

À  propos  du poste  

VML Montréal est à la recherche d’une personne polyvalente, rigoureuse et organisée pour se joindre à l’équipe à titre de  conseiller·ère, service conseil .  
La personne choisie jouera un rôle clé dans le soutien administratif et opérationnel des comptes, notamment dans la gestion des budgets clients, des calendriers, des suivis d’équipe ainsi que dans la coordination de projets d’adaptation de campagnes publicitaires pour le marché québécois.  

Ce poste convient à une personne ayant un grand souci du détail, une excellente capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément et un intérêt marqué pour les campagnes créatives et le travail d’équipe.  

Responsabilités   principales  

  • Gérer et faire le suivi des  budgets clients avec précision.  
  • Assurer la mise à jour et le respect des  calendriers de production et de livraison .  
  • Préparer les  mises à jour / statuts d’équipe et assurer le suivi des tâches en cours.  
  • Coordonner les  projets d’adaptation de campagnes publicitaires pour le marché québécois.  
  • Soutenir la  direction et la  supervision de compte dans la coordination et le suivi des campagnes créatives.  
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin d’assurer la fluidité des projets et le respect des échéanciers.  
  • Participer à la préparation de documents de suivi, de présentations et de communications liées aux comptes.  
  • Veiller à la qualité, à la cohérence et à la conformité des livrables.

Profil  recherché  

  • Formation en marketing, communication, administration, publicité ou dans un domaine connexe.  
  • Expérience pertinente en service-conseil, en coordination de comptes, en gestion de projets ou dans un rôle administratif lié au milieu créatif ou publicitaire.  
  • Excellentes compétences en  organisation gestion des priorités et  suivi de dossiers .  
  • Grande rigueur dans la gestion des détails, des échéanciers et des budgets.  
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide.  
  • Très bonne maîtrise de  Microsoft Office  et aisance avec les outils de gestion de projet.  
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais obligatoire , à l’oral comme à l’écrit. La personne doit être en mesure de travailler efficacement dans les deux langues, notamment dans un contexte de collaboration avec des équipes et des clientèles bilingues.
