Senior Underwriter – Personal Lines
Senior Underwriters at Northbridge are responsible for providing tailored underwriting solutions for personal lines, ensuring accurate risk pricing while maintaining excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized underwriting solutions for personal line products.
- Price and evaluate risks while keeping customer experience and guideline adherence.
- Manage complex portfolios with strong technical skills.
- Mentor and coach less experienced underwriters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of underwriting experience in property and casualty.
- Completed or pursuing CIP designation.
- Strong customer service background.
- Team-first mentality.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
