- Assess and underwrite new surety business applications
- Analyze financial strengths of accounts consistently
- Negotiate conditions for the issuance of bonds
- Monitor various construction developments actively
- Engage in networking to create new business leads
- Completion of a BCom or BA in relevant fields
- 3-5+ years of experience in relevant industries
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong command of Word, Excel, and Outlook
