- Identify Captive Fronting opportunities through marketing efforts
- Structure and negotiate terms for complex placements
- Lead technical discussions surrounding new and renewal transactions
- Drive the creation of attractive proposals for client pitches
- Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain reporting standards
- Moderate background in complex program execution
- In-depth knowledge of underwriting processes
- Exceptional communication and influence skills
- Degree or certification in Finance or Insurance
- Willingness to travel as required
