Role Description:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with strong experience in desktop management, endpoint administration, device management, and IT support services. The ideal candidate will work from the customer location in Montreal from Day 1 and provide support across desktop infrastructure, operating systems, device management, vulnerability management, and enterprise IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.

• Manage MECM image creation, maintenance, deployment, and lifecycle management.

• Support and administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) components.

• Perform Operating System Deployment (OSD) using SCCM and MDT.

• Manage software distribution, hardware inventories, and software inventories.

• Provide support using ServiceNow ITSM and Microsoft Office applications.

• Deliver remote support services for end users across various environments.

• Support mobility solutions, antivirus platforms, and engineering services.

• Perform vulnerability management activities and remediation coordination.

• Manage and support iOS, Windows, and Android devices in a global enterprise environment.

• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within SLA requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations.

• Maintain documentation and provide reporting as required.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 Administration.

• Strong expertise in MECM image management and deployment.

• Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM components.

• Experience with Operating System Deployment (OSD) and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).

• Knowledge of software distribution and hardware/software inventory management.

• Experience working with ServiceNow ITSM and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in remote support, mobility support, antivirus management, and engineering services.

• Experience in vulnerability management and remediation activities.

• Experience managing iOS, Windows, and Android devices in a global environment.

• Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

• Experience working within an IT service organization.
