Job Description

Experienced (mid-level to senior level) who can efficiently manage Python scripting and ideally having worked with REST API's. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in scripting and integration workflow automation, data synchronization between Jiracloud and Rally via Connectall integration. This role requires problem-solving skills, and automation expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Automate/Configure workflows and data synchronization jobs between Rally and Jira.
• Develop scripts to extract data across various IT systems (PPM+, ServiceNow) and generate reports as needed Ensure uptime of IT systems including performance, reliability, and scalability of Rally product
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to integration between Rally and Jira.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to onboard business squads/Fleets to Rally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and how to interact with them programmatically.
• API integration between any IT Systems where API are available
• Experience in working with JSON and other data formats for API communication.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with Rally, Jira and Connectall for data synchronization and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working with Agile teams in Atlassian JIRA

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps as a plus
• Knowledge of AI as a plus ( Anthropic Claude and OpenAI)

Description du poste

Professionnel expérimenté (niveau intermédiaire à senior) capable de gérer efficacement le scripting Python et idéalement ayant déjà travaillé avec des API REST. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une solide expérience technique en scripting, en automatisation des workflows d’intégration et en synchronisation des données entre Jira Cloud et Rally via l’intégration Connectall. Ce poste nécessite de fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes et une expertise en automatisation.

Responsabilités principales :

• Automatiser/configurer les workflows et les tâches de synchronisation des données entre Rally et Jira.
• Développer des scripts pour extraire des données à travers différents systèmes IT (PPM+, ServiceNow) et générer des rapports si nécessaire. Garantir la disponibilité des systèmes informatiques, notamment la performance, la fiabilité et la scalabilité du produit Rally.
• Diagnostiquer et corriger les problèmes liés à l’intégration entre Rally et Jira.
• Collaborer avec les équipes et les parties prenantes pour intégrer les équipes métiers / squads / fleets à Rally.

Compétences et qualifications requises :

• Solide compréhension des API REST et de leur utilisation programmatique.
• Expérience en intégration d’API entre différents systèmes IT disposant d’API.
• Expérience dans la manipulation du JSON et d’autres formats d’échange de données pour les API.
• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en débogage.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches.
• Expérience avec Rally, Jira et Connectall pour la synchronisation des données et l’automatisation des workflows.
• Connaissance des méthodologies Agile et expérience avec des équipes Agile utilisant Atlassian Jira.

Atouts supplémentaires :

• Connaissance du SDLC et de DevOps
