Job Overview: T he Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing contracts and bids of janitorial services. The role involves managing communication between the company and the client and hitting key deadlines. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support audits and internal quality inspections. · Liaise with finance to resolve invoice discrepancies, missing documentation, or rejected invoices. · Support communication between internal teams and COT admins for smooth operations. · Other duties and responsibilities as required Required Skills/Abilities:
· Previous administrative or office experience required. · Experience in janitorial, facilities, or service industry preferred. · Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. | ||
