Rejoignez Walmart comme Responsable Conformité à Dryden, Ontario. Ce rôle inclut la formation sur les programmes de conformité et l'amélioration continue des pratiques de sécurité. Ce poste exige de collaborer avec la direction, le personnel et les partenaires sur les normes de conformité. Vous serez chargé de surveiller les contrôles, d'analyser les données pour identifier les lacunes et de mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives. Une formation sur mesure sera dispensée à tous les niveaux de l'établissement. Key Responsibilities:
- Assurer la sensibilisation à la conformité et à la sécurité
- Conduire des évaluations sur des sujets comme la sécurité alimentaire
- Former les nouveaux associés sur les programmes de conformité
- Analyser les données pour identifier des tendances
- Participer aux visites réglementaires pour résoudre des problèmes
- Âge minimum de 16 ans
- Compétences solides en communication
- Expérience en gestion de la conformité
- Capacité à exécuter des inspections de sécurité
- Sens de l'organisation pour le suivi des demandes
