Primary Responsibilities
- Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
- Provide excellent customer service, manage front counter duties, and handle telephone inquiries
- Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.
- Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
- Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
- Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
- Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
- Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
What does it take to get on track?
- Experience in the tire/automotive repair industry is preferred but not required, we are willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn!
- Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
- Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical services is an asset
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
- Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
- A team player who takes pride in their work
