Guest Services Operations Supervisor

Supervise front desk operations as the Guest Services Operations Supervisor. Ensure top-tier customer service, efficient check-in/check-out, and adherence to brand standards throughout the hotel. This role is vital for overseeing the front desk and enhancing guest satisfaction at the hotel. You will train front desk staff and address guest feedback with a solutions-oriented mindset. Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance, you'll ensure all guest needs are met efficiently while maintaining a professional environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front desk operations and reservations
- Train and mentor front desk team members
- Handle guest feedback and resolve inquiries effectively
- Monitor financial transactions and balance reports
- Work with cross-departmental teams for operational efficiency
- Previous experience in guest services management
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational competencies
- Experience with hotel management software is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining guest service excellence
