- Train and retain high-performing warehouse staff
- Drive team productivity through coaching and support
- Oversee inventory management and optimization
- Maintain safety and efficiency of warehouse equipment
- Handle fleet management to ensure delivery timeliness
- High School diploma is necessary; post-secondary preferred
- Prior management experience in distribution
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn systems
- Criminal Record Check and valid Driver's License required
