Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and explain specimen collection measures
- Perform phlebotomies and conduct ECG procedures
- Manage special test collections and documentation
- Foster strong client relationships and respond to requests
- Prepare specimens for transport and laboratory testing
- Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program preferred
- Phlebotomy experience is an asset
- ECG training or related experience is preferred
- Good communication skills and computer proficiency
- Strong empathy towards patients and confidentiality awareness
