Your responsibilities will include liaising with legal counsel and representing Sun Life in legal contexts. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required to perform well in high-pressure situations and to cultivate beneficial relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a block of litigated claims through strategic client focus
- Act as Sun Life's representative in mediations and legal processes
- Direct legal counsel on claims resolutions
- Resolve escalated case issues with practical solutions
- Coach and collaborate with team members
- Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and oral
- At least 5 years in disability case management
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
