• Oversee CLOE’s credentialing process for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 6+ years in consultative roles for needs assessment
• Mastery in executive coaching and advising leaders
• Experience in custom program and certificate design
• Strong proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office
• Preferred experience with coaching certifications
