Supervisor for Electronic Manufacturing

Take on a supervisory role in electronic manufacturing, overseeing activities of assemblers and testers within a renowned company. This permanent job focuses on boosting productivity and maintaining high product standards. You'll be responsible for preparing reports, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring a secure operation for all staff. With 3 to 5 years of experience, your contributions will significantly impact team dynamics and product quality. We seek highly organized and dependable candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and present key operational reports
- Address and solve work-related challenges
- Plan and coordinate work schedules
- Implement training for team members
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and equipment setup
- Completed secondary (high) school certificate
- 3-5 years in a supervisory role
- English/French fluency with Portuguese as an asset
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, responsible, and well-organized
