Our client, a well known company specializing in the restoration and repair of electronic devices and appliances, is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Greater Montreal area. You will be responsible for coordinating field team activities, supporting daily operations and ensuring service excellence.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team of field service technicians during customer site service calls;
• Ensure the quality of work, adherence to timelines and customer satisfaction;
• Participate in the recruitment, training and development of team members;
• Coordinate daily operations with various internal services;
• Review technical files and provide support on cases requiring additional intervention;
• Identify operational problems, improve processes and optimize productivity;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, insurance providers, suppliers, etc.;
• Manage the vehicle fleet and ensure the availability of resources required for field operations;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety company policies;
• Contribute to the achievement and continuous improvement of department KPIs.

Requirements:

• DEP or DEC in Electronics, Appliance Repair, or a related field;
• 10 to 15 years of experience in a technical role working with electronic devices and appliances;
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a field service technician;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in team supervision, operations management or personnel coordination;
• Strong experience in the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of electronic equipment or appliances in a commercial or industrial environment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel throughout the Greater Montreal area;
• Fluent French, English (technical documentation).
