Responsibilities
Control inventory and oversee stock management
Complete reorganization of the inventory system and discrepancy analysis
Supervise and mentor a team of 3 people
Operate sit-down forklifts as needed
Assist teammates on the floor daily with inventory handling
Floor presence of 70% to 80%
Data entry and financial impact analysis using Sage software
Communicate with various plant team members in French or English (English is frequently used, as several teammates do not speak French)
Support a team dedicated to promoting products to non-French-speaking clients and consumers outside Quebec

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Minimum of 3 years of forklift operation experience
Proficiency in Sage software (an asset) or another ERP system
Strong understanding of cost optimization, inventory management, and financial impacts
Bilingualism required (French and English): English is frequently used, as several teammates do not speak French
Versatility and strong initiative
Intrapreneurial mindset driven by growth and continuous improvement
Superior communication skills to motivate and engage teams
