Safran Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering

- Direct engineering specialists and ensure proper training
- Monitor manufacturing timelines and workflows
- Advocate for process improvements in production
- Collaborate to refine product design for manufacturability
- Standardize compliance with engineering specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Proficient in Windows and AutoCAD
- Strong interpersonal skills; French and English required
- Understanding of airworthiness regulations is a bonus
