PCB Supervisor in Manufacturing

With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for training staff, developing work schedules, and overseeing safety protocols on-site. Your expertise in Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) will be valuable as you prepare reports and offer technical advice to improve manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit detailed operational reports • Resolve work problems and recommend improvement measures • Establish and manage efficient work schedules • Train employees and oversee operational safety • Supervise and coordinate activities of the production team

Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience • Education: Secondary school graduation certificate • Knowledge of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) • Familiarity with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) • Proficiency in English or French; Portuguese is an asset
