Director of Client Data at CIBC

Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Application Management, you will manage data and intelligence platforms for Transactional Banking and Commercial Banking. This senior role requires collaboration with product, frontline, and back-office teams, ensuring that platforms meet daily operational needs and enhance client experiences. You'll also have the opportunity to build a dedicated data and analytics team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product and Frontline teams on platform enhancements
- Manage third-party vendors for seamless integration
- Design training programs for stakeholders
- Champion data-driven culture within Transactional Banking
- Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards
- 10+ years in data or application management roles
- Expertise in Azure cloud platforms and data architecture
- Strong experience in CRM and lending systems
- Proven skills in data consumption and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
