Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Sous Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing sushi dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities - Prepare sushi rolls according to established recipes and standards- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation- Fish Filleting skill- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders- Adhere to food safety standards and regulation- Take over head chef's duty while he's away
Qualification- At least 3 years experience working in a same role- Proficient in food handling, food preparation, and meal presentation- Knowledge of food safety practices- Strong knife skills- Fish filleting skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting- Strong attention to detail and creativity in sushi presentation
We can assist to apply LMIA for the right candidate but you must be currently in Metro Vancouver to apply for this position.
