You’ll be our go-to person for all things numbers when it comes to property finances. From reconciling accounts to diving into financial reports, you bring detail-oriented precision to every task. You ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
You’ve likely been described as independent but collaborative, quietly confident, and someone who always delivers. You don’t just crunch numbers - you make sense of them, tell the story behind them, and help others see the big picture.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations of your own portfolio of condominium properties.
- Work with the accounts payable and receivable department if issues arise.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments for capital projects.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for each property.
- Monitor budget performance and report variances to management.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and tax filings.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with property managers, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Communicate financial information effectively to board members as needed.
- Participate in meetings and provide financial guidance to property managers as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting condominium finances.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting
- 2 years' experience in accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in condominium accounting
