Senior Analyst In Service Reliability Toronto
Freedom Mobile
Elevate operational efficiency with Freedom as a Senior Service Reliability Analyst focused on incident management and quality improvement. This role emphasizes data-driven approaches to minimize service disruptions.
As part of Freedom Mobile, your leadership will guide cross-functional efforts in managing incidents and enhancing IT systems' reliability. Your contributions will balance ITIL 4 practices with up-to-date DevOps principles to achieve superior outcomes in service performance and recovery. This role is key to building a resilient IT framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate teams to restore service quickly during incidents
- Track and analyze reliability metrics like MTTR
- Drive change management practices based on DevOps
- Automate operational workflows to improve efficiency
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify trends
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT operations or incident management
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Service Now
- Experience with blameless post-mortems
- Solid ability to influence without authority
- Bilingual English/French skills are an asset
