Senior Business Analyst Investment Technology Toronto

As part of the Program Management & Delivery team, the Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing OMERS Investments approach to analyzing and managing investment opportunities. Your expertise will help improve business processes and provide solid business requirements essential for informed investment decisions. By analyzing systems and collaborating with data scientists and developers, youll drive transformative initiatives across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document existing business processes for efficiency improvements
- Analyze system functionalities and communication
- Define product requirements using user stories and diagrams
- Chair design review sessions for clear requirements
- Execute business test plans and automate regression tests
Requirements:
- 5+ years in interconnected systems within financial contexts
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or engineering field
- CBAP certification is an asset
- Knowledge of investment systems and best practices
- Proven relationship-building skills across departments
Support OMERS in making impact-driven investment decisions through robust analytical insights and thorough requirements documentation.
