Primary skill: 7 years of experience in Payments domain as Senior Business Analyst.

Strong experience in Payment Gateway Interface, preferably with prior experience in CIPG.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Identify sources of requirements, potential interfaces and affected business stakeholders based on high‑level process descriptions, user stories, or scenarios.
• Facilitate information gathering sessions, including leading discussions, managing group dynamics, and maintaining group focus to achieve session goals within project objectives.
• Gather requirements from these sessions and document them for use throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to validate requirements and analysis models through reviews and walkthroughs.
• Ensure system specifications meet business stakeholder expectations, and negotiate solutions when appropriaterim.
• Participate in reviews or inspections, in collaboration with the project team, to ensure the quality of deliverables.

Qualifications

• At least باقي years of progressive business analysis experience, supporting medium to large‑scale projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, able to interact with varied stakeholders in formal and informal settings.
• Hands‑on team contributor who plans and executes to meet tight timelines.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing timelines.
