BDO Senior Consultant in Risk Services (Toronto)

Become a Senior Consultant in Risk Advisory Services at BDO, where you’ll focus on enhancing business processes and internal controls. Drive high-quality client engagements while inspiring your team. BDO seeks an experienced Senior Consultant with a strong foundation in risk advisory. This role calls for 2-3 years in an internal audit setting, with a focus on SOX 404 compliance. You’ll work closely with clients to assess risks and identify improvement opportunities while leading project initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Execute internal audits and risk management engagements
Plan and coordinate projects with engagement teams
Build client relationships and enhance service quality
Utilize technology to improve deliverables
Test and evaluate business processes across sectors
Requirements Ongoing pursuit of qualified designation (CPA, CIA, CISA)
2-3 years of relevant experience in risk advisory
Expertise in internal control frameworks
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
