Support insurance risk management as a Data Analyst & Modeler with Robertson in Toronto. This hybrid role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and modeling for insurance products and claims. Robertson seeks a skilled Data Analyst & Modeler for a 7-month contract, supporting critical insurance risk teams. Your expertise in SQL, DAX, and Power BI will enhance frameworks for underwriting and risk assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture complex business requirements and develop insightful analytics for better decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes for insurance product development
- Collaborate with teams to capture risk assessments and guidelines
- Translate insurance rules into detailed business requirements
- Develop and optimize data models for insurance risk analytics
- Perform SQL-based analysis across multiple datasets
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Insurance
- Minimum 5 years of data analyst experience
- Proven Power BI Developer skills
- Proficiency in SQL and DAX
- Experience in the insurance domain is an asset
