This position is an Analyst, Valuation & Advisory Services role based out of our Downtown Toronto Office. This is a hybrid role.

In this role, you will…
- Apply superior organization and analytical skills to conduct assessments, tax searches and surveys, market research and financial analysis.
- Collect and organize market and property data.
- Support the appraisal process by collaborating with other departments to obtain the information you need to support your team.
- Perform thorough market research and engage with market participants.
- Contribute to preparing appraisal reports working with your team.
What You’ll Bring
- Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser and progressing towards your AACI designation.
- An undergraduate degree.
- An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Argus is an asset.
Location: Toronto, Ontario.
Approximate Compensation: Annual salary range $40,000 - $50,000.
