Analyste en géomatique

TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) analyste en géomatique ayant une solide expérience dans son domaine d’expertise afin de contribuer à des projets technologiques structurants pour des organisations publiques et privées
Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :
- Collecter, traiter et analyser des données géospatiales (SIG) à l’aide d’outils comme ArcGIS, QGIS ou FME ;
- Concevoir et maintenir des bases de données spatiales (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Oracle Spatial) ;
- Développer des cartes thématiques et des tableaux de bord interactifs (ArcGIS Online, Power BI, etc.) ;
- Automatiser des processus de traitement de données géospatiales (scripts Python, ModelBuilder) ;
- Collaborer avec les équipes métiers pour répondre à leurs besoins en analyse spatiale ;
- Participer à l’intégration de données géomatiques avec d’autres systèmes (ex. : SAP, systèmes de gestion des actifs) ;
- Documenter les méthodologies et les résultats des analyses ;
- Former les utilisateurs internes sur les outils et les bonnes pratiques en géomatique.
- DEC ou baccalauréat en géomatique, géographie, informatique ou domaine connexe
- Posséder minimum 3 ans d’expérience en analyse géospatiale, dont 1 an avec des outils SIG (ArcGIS, QGIS);
- Posséder une certification Esri Certified (ArcGIS), ou équivalent (atout)
- Avoir une excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes;
- Être autonome, rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) résultats;
- Posséder de bonnes aptitudes en communication et en collaboration;
- Excellente maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Avoir une bonne compréhension des architectures modernes, des environnements hybrides et des enjeux d’intégration technologique;
- Expérience en définition d’architectures cibles, en recommandations de solutions et en analyse comparative d’options technologiques;
- Maîtrise des logiciels SIG (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, QGIS) ;
- Connaissance des bases de données spatiales (PostGIS, Oracle Spatial) ;
- Expérience en développement de scripts (Python, SQL) pour l’automatisation ;
- Compréhension des standards ouverts (WMS, WFS, GeoJSON).
- Esprit de synthèse, rigueur méthodologique et orientation client;
