• Lead finance function with comprehensive oversight and accountability
• Strengthen internal controls and improve reporting processes
• Collaborate closely with CEO and cross-functional teams
• Utilize solid communication skills to convey financial data
• Conduct mentoring and leadership development within finance team Requirements:
• CPA designation with a minimum of 4 years in public accounting
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, including controllership
• Proficient in financial reporting and close process
• Background in mid-market firms with cross-border operations
• Ability to work legally in Canada Leverage your financial acumen and leadership skills to contribute to The Mason Group's success in Burnaby.
