Specialized Group Underwriter for Complex Quotes

Become a Group Underwriter focusing on complex quotes at our collaborative team. This role emphasizes risk assessment, negotiation, and mentoring junior underwriters. We are seeking an experienced Group Underwriter with a university degree and a minimum of five years in the field. You will manage a diverse portfolio of major groups while ensuring meticulous documentation and effective pricing strategies. Your guidance will also be pivotal for less experienced staff members, promoting a rich learning culture within our team. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze risks associated with large, complex cases
• Document underwriting decisions clearly and accurately
• Negotiate client pricing and alternative arrangements
• Mentor junior underwriters and provide work reviews
• Identify team process improvement opportunities Requirements:
• University degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum five years of experience in group underwriting
• Strong understanding of group insurance products
• Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly with Excel
• Advanced English proficiency for client interactions Leverage your underwriting expertise and contribute to our collaborative work environment.
