Business Development Rep I - Lenovo Intelligent Devices Group (IDG)

About the role: At TD SYNNEX, we’re passionate about empowering our partners and driving growth across the global IT ecosystem. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) I, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, supporting vendor initiatives, and enabling partner success. What You’ll Do

Build & nurture customer relationships by serving as a trusted point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and resolving inquiries in a timely manner

Drive vendor and sales initiatives that support business growth and align with strategic goals

Support partner enablement programs, helping partners understand solutions, promotions, and go‑to‑market strategies

Develop product and market expertise across vendor portfolios, staying current on industry trends and competitive positioning

Manage and grow sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle

Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet vendor KPIs and revenue targets

Participate in account planning activities to identify growth opportunities within customer accounts

Accurately track and report pipeline activity using CRM and internal tools

Engage in ongoing training and professional development, including vendor‑led programs and certifications

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking motivated, curious, and collaborative individuals who are eager to build a career in IT sales and business development.

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or a related field

Post‑secondary education or equivalent professional experience

Basic understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and pipeline development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); exposure to Power BI is a plus

Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with commercial notebooks, desktops, or IT hardware solutions

Bilingual proficiency in English and French (Canadian), including written and verbal communication

Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentations

Work Environment & Additional Details

Flexible work environment: remote or office‑based

Occasional travel may be required

Must be based in Ontario or Quebec

Willingness to support business needs, including occasional extended hours

Compensation Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Hiring salary range: $63,900 - $68,750 CAD
