Deine Rolle & Impact
Du verantwortest die CRM-Architektur end-to-end: saubere Daten, smarte Automationen, klare Dashboards und messbaren Umsatz-Impact. Dein Ziel ist einfach formuliert und anspruchsvoll umzusetzen: mehr Speed im Vertrieb, weniger Reibung in den Prozessen, volle Transparenz in den Zahlen. Du baust nicht Reports, die niemand liest – du baust das System, an dem der Vertrieb hängt.
Deine Aufgaben (Ownership)
CRM & Automatisierung
CRM-Management: Close, HubSpot & Pipedrive strukturieren – Pipelines/Stages/Properties, Lead-Routing, SLA-Regeln, Data Hygiene
Automatisierung & KI: Flows mit Make/Zapier, Webhooks, Scoring, Auto-Tasks, E-Mail/WA-Sequenzen
Integrationen: Typeform, ManyChat, Calendly, Payment, Ads-Plattformen, Airtable/Notion – bidirektionale Syncs und deduplizierte Datensätze
Data & Prozesse
Analytics & Dashboards: Conversion-Ketten sichtbar machen, Excel/Sheets/Airtable-Dashboards inkl. Alerts
Prozessoptimierung: Eng mit Sales/AM – Bottlenecks erkennen, SOPs & Playbooks bauen, A/B-Tests fahren
Funnel Building (OnePage/Elementor): Landingpages/One-Pager erstellen, CRO-Tests, Tracking-Setup, sauberes Handover ins CRM
Google Workspace: Struktur, Rechte, Automationen (Sheets/Drive), Template-Library pflegen
Enablement
Training & Support: Enablement für Sales/AM (Kurz-Guides, Looms, Playbooks)
Kundenschulungen zu CRM (Close/HubSpot): praxisnahe Workshops und kurze Loom-Guides zu Setup, Best Practices, KPI-Dashboards und täglicher Nutzung inkl. Q&A

CRM-Tiefe: Tiefes CRM-Know-how (bevorzugt Close, gern HubSpot) und echte Marketing-Tech-Affinität
Automations-Profi: Sicher in Make oder Zapier – APIs, Webhooks, Error-Handling, Versionierung
Erfahrung: 3–5+ Jahre RevOps/CRM/Automation, idealerweise aus Coaching/Finance/Immo
Data-Skills: Sehr starke Excel/Sheets-Skills (Pivot, Query, Regex, Modellierung) und sauberes Dashboarding
KI im Workflow: Erfahrung mit KI-Anwendungen zur Beschleunigung (Auto-Tags, Notes, Scoring)
Saubere Daten-Denke: Dedupe, Mappings, Schemas, Naming-Konventionen
System-Denker: Dokumentierst strukturiert (SOPs, Runbooks), kommunizierst klar (DE C1+) und sprichst Sales und Marketing
Builder-Mindset: Baust schnell V1, misst, iterierst
