Vanuit CLBR Consulting zijn we een freelance recruitmentpartner dat onze klanten bijstaat in het zoeken naar nieuwe vaste collega’s. Onze klanten zijn graag bezig met hun huidige werknemers te begeleiden en te doen groeien en hebben daardoor weinig tijd om nieuwe collega’s te zoeken. Als partner doen wij een eerste gesprek met jou ter ondersteuning. Als dit goed loopt dan heb je meteen een gesprek met de bestuurder die jou met veel enthousiasme leert kennen.
Mijn naam is Dennis en in deze post werk ik voor een payroll kantoor gespecialiseerd in tijdelijke tewerkstellingen. Ze ontzorgen klanten uit verschillende sectoren met alle administratieve zaken die verbonden zijn aan het inschrijven en tewerkstellen van tijdelijke collega’s. Klanten kunnen hiervoor gebruik maken van handige online tools en de expertise van onze collega’s. Elke klant heeft zijn contactpersoon waar hij bij terecht kan die volledig op de hoogte is van het dossier.
Je mag je verwachten aan een mooi en modern kantoor in regio Antwerpen, met een warm team dat je zal begeleiden en opleiden.

Hoe zal jouw dag eruitzien?
Actieve prospectie via telefoon om een afspraak in te plannen bij interessante potentiële klanten in België. Een leuke extra: we hebben een vaste collega die je ondersteunt in het inplannen van klantenafspraken!
Gesprek met de klanten voeren om goed te kunnen inschatten welke noden en moeilijkheden ze hebben in personeelsadministratie en payroll.
Een goede voorbereiding en demo voor de klant om op maat te laten zien wat een samenwerking voor hen zal betekenen.
Wanneer de samenwerking officieel is, draag je het dossier correct over naar de collega’s en vul je het interne CRM-systeem aan (hubspot)

Interne opleidingen om bij te leren en op de hoogte te blijven van de wijzigingen in de sociale wetgeving
Thuiswerk is elke week mogelijk op dinsdag, maar zeker geen verplichting! De werkmiddelen worden uiteraard voorzien om ook thuis efficiënt te kunnen werken.
CAO 90 Bonus in teamverband
Elk half jaar wordt er een leuke teambuilding georganiseerd met een activiteit en een etentje.
Wie ben jij?
Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands! Frans en Engels zijn een grote plus.
Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is mooi meegenomen, maar niet noodzakelijk!
