l in driving business growth by leveraging existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities. *Responsibilities:* * *Business Development:* Develop new business with existing and new customers, identifying areas of improvement to exceed sales targets. * *Customer Liaison:* Operate as the lead point of contact for all customer-related matters, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. * *Relationship Management:* Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. * *Product Delivery:* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products, meeting customer needs and objectives. * *Cross-Border Communication:* Collaborate with our Taiwan Headquarters and China branch offices to communicate customer requirements effectively. * *Sales Metrics:* Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts. * *Reporting:* Prepare detailed reports on account status and performance. * *Opportunity Identification:* Identify and grow opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. * *Issue Resolution:* Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed. *Qualifications:* * *Educational Background:* BS degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred). * *Industry Experience:* Minimum 3 years of experience in the electronics industry. * *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * *Technical Proficiency:* Solid experience with MS Office. * *Problem Solving:* Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. * *Language Skills:* Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages. *Job Type:* Self-Employed Account Manager *Pay:* USD 72,000.00~USD 90,000.00 per year *Compensation Package:* Bonus opportunities *Schedule:* Monday to Friday *Education:* Bachelor's (Preferred) *Experience:* 3 years in the Electronics Industry (Preferred) *Language:* Mandarin (Required) *Work Location:* Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: $98,000.00-$120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company events * Work from home Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: * Bonus pay Education: * Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Experience: * Electronics Component Sales: 3 years (preferred) Language: * Mandarin (required) Work Location: Remote
