Operational Performance Field Analyst
Right Time Group
Transform operational performance at Right Time as a Field Analyst in a hybrid capacity. Leverage analytics and workforce planning to enhance field services and management initiatives. This role reports to the Vice President of Transformation and involves collaborating with various departments to analyze field metrics and improve performance. You will be integral in driving initiatives that yield tangible business results while ensuring data accuracy in your reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze productivity metrics for field services
- Identify operational trends and gaps for improvement
- Create dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
- Support seasonal workforce planning and capacity analysis
- Assist with PMO reporting and project milestones
- Beneficial experience in operations or analytics
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools like SQL
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
