This hybrid role focuses on improving invoice processes and automation initiatives. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounts Payable function while balancing daily operations and high-impact projects. The position emphasizes your expertise in business analysis, allowing you to gather requirements, manage tasks, and enhance operational efficiency with a hybrid schedule based in Toronto. Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing
- Plan, execute, and manage project scopes and budgets
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and deliver progress reports
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong background in Accounts Payable or financial operations
- Proficiency with Coupa, PeopleSoft, and SAP General Ledger
- Experience in banking or financial services industry
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and project management tools
