Performance Reporting Analyst at OMERS

Elevate your career with OMERS as a Performance Reporting Analyst, focusing on investment reporting and analysis. This role leverages Power BI and SQL to enhance reporting processes. Working under the Senior Manager of Total Plan Investment Reporting, you will join the Total Plan Performance team. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing daily performances, creating compliance reports, and contributing to the efficiency of reporting processes. Strong technical skills in Excel and Power BI are critical to succeed in this role while understanding investment products and exposure reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate data collection for performance measurement
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Calculate performance and attribution factors
- Monitor compliance with regulatory policies
- Recommend improvements for reporting efficiency
- 2‑4 years experience in investment reporting
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Understanding of investment performance metrics
- Knowledge of asset classes and investment products
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
