- Transition from agency management, auditing and owning accounts
- Build app growth strategies from zero, utilizing full ad stack
- 3–6 years of in-house paid performance management
- Strong data analysis skills for reporting and anomaly detection
- Proficient in Meta and Google Ads; TikTok Ads experience a plus
- Hands-on experience with budget management and account ownership
- Knack for leveraging creative content in marketing strategies
