Revenue Analyst for CAPREIT Operations

Support CAPREIT’s Operations team as a Revenue Analyst, focusing on lease administration and revenue processes. Bring your analytical skills and SAP expertise to streamline financial operations. This Revenue Analyst position reports to the Senior Revenue Manager and is critical for maintaining accurate tenant profiles and performing lease administration. You will manage lease renewals, set up banking for EFT, and handle tenant inquiries. Your proficiency in SAP and intellectual rigor will help in preparing late rent notices and handling other important revenue tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain tenant profiles and rent roll in SAP
- Manage lease renewals and banking setups
- Prepare necessary late rent notices and corrections
- Provide revenue analytics on outstanding AR and bad debt
- Train site staff on revenue procedures in SAP
- College diploma or University degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years in multi-residential property management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in French preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
