Dans le cadre du développement de notre réseau de formateurs, nous recherchons un(e) Formateur(trice) expert(e) en Management et Gestion des Conflits .
Vos missions
Vous animerez des formations à distance destinées à des dirigeants, managers et collaborateurs de petites structures.
Vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :
Concevoir et adapter les contenus pédagogiques.
Animer des formations interactives en visioconférence.
Accompagner les managers dans le développement de leur posture managériale.
Former à la communication managériale et à la prévention des conflits.
Transmettre des méthodes concrètes de résolution des conflits et de gestion des situations sensibles.
Réaliser les évaluations et le suivi pédagogique des apprenants.
Profil recherché
Vous justifiez d'une solide expérience en management et en animation de formations professionnelles.
Vous possédez :
une excellente maîtrise du management d'équipe ;
une expertise en gestion des conflits et communication interpersonnelle ;
une expérience significative auprès des TPE et PME ;
une parfaite maîtrise de l'animation de formations à distance ;
d'excellentes qualités pédagogiques.
Une disponibilité d'au moins 3 jours par semaine est souhaitée.
