Aktuell suchen wir im Auftrag eines unserer exklusiven Kunden nach einem Application Manager (m/w/d)im Raum Schönau und Freiburg.
Die Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen liegen in Deiner Verantwortung und Du stellst die Einhaltung vereinbarter Service Levels, Qualitätsstandards sowie betrieblicher Prozesse sicher
Du analysierst Störungen, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und leitest Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung ab
Du berätst interne Fachbereiche bei anwendungsbezogenen Fragestellungen, bewertest Anforderungen und koordinierst deren Umsetzung
Du steuerst externe Dienstleister sowie interne Schnittstellen und sorgst für eine transparente Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen, Eskalationen und Serviceanforderungen
Du pflegst Betriebs- und Systemdokumentation und wirkst an der Einhaltung von Compliance-, Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsanforderungen mit
Du schulst und berätst unsere Anwender im Umgang mit unseren Softwarelösungen
Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-)informatik, eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in serviceorientierten IT-Prozessen (z.B. Incident-, Change- und Release-Management) mit
Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Serviceorientierung zeichnen Dich aus
Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für IT-Systeme kombiniert mit Fachwissen hinsichtlich des Einsatzes von ERP-Systemen runden Dein Profil ab
Themen aus der Energiewirtschaft wecken Dein Interesse – Vorkenntnisse sind kein Muss, Neugier und Lernbereitschaft dafür umso mehr
