Votre mission
Dans le cadre du développement de notre réseau de formateurs, nous recherchons un(e) formateur(trice) spécialisé(e) en gestion associative, mécénat et subventions pour animer des formations à distance auprès de professionnels du secteur associatif.
À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :
Concevoir et animer des formations en gestion associative, mécénat et recherche de financements.
Accompagner les apprenants dans la compréhension du fonctionnement des associations et de leur cadre réglementaire.
Former les participants aux différentes sources de financement : subventions publiques, mécénat, sponsoring, appels à projets, etc.
Partager des outils, méthodes et bonnes pratiques directement applicables dans leur activité.
Adapter votre pédagogie aux profils et aux besoins des apprenants.
Assurer le suivi pédagogique et favoriser l'acquisition des compétences visées.
Animer des sessions de formation interactives et engageantes en distanciel.

Profil recherché
Vous disposez d'une expertise confirmée en gestion associative, mécénat et recherche de financements.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative au sein du milieu associatif, artistique et/ou culturel.
Vous avez déjà animé des formations professionnelles auprès d'adultes.
Vous maîtrisez les outils et méthodes d'animation de formations à distance.
Vous êtes pédagogue, dynamique et capable de rendre accessibles des sujets techniques.
Vous disposez d'un numéro de déclaration d'activité (NDA) enregistré auprès de la DREETS.
Vous appréciez le partage d'expérience et l'accompagnement des apprenants dans leurs projets.
