Lead Cleaner

The Clean Commitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lead Cleaner to oversee Junior Cleaners and ensure complete customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working as a team with Junior Cleaners to maintain a clean and organized environment for our clients and ensuring our standards are met or surpassed on every job. Clients include commercial and residential locations.

This position is part-time with potential to become full time. Starting wage is $23 per hour with a raise after three months and retention BONUS after six months.

Responsibilities:

- Supervising junior cleaners on site by ensuring proper protocols are followed and maintaining time management

- Supporting other cleaners by working together to complete tasks efficiently

- Clean and maintain designated areas, including but not limited to: offices, common areas, bathrooms, and kitchen spaces

- Adhering to company cleaning standards and protocols

- Following proper safety procedures and using cleaning equipment and products safely

Requirements:

- Must pass criminal record check and be bondable

- Must have vehicle and valid driver's license

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Minimum six months experience as a cleaner
