Director of Industrial Resource Coordination

Drive industrial project success as a Director, focusing on resource coordination across multiple disciplines. Work closely with the Vice President to lead teams in a hybrid setting. This key position requires oversight of Service Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across projects. You'll actively contribute to team development while providing essential technical support to enhance operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Service Managers and Supervisors
- Coordinate with Project Directors for staffing solutions
- Enforce company health and safety regulations
- Support career development plans within your teams
- Engage in pre-project planning and execution phases
- At least 20 years in construction management
- Engineering degree or technical diploma in a relevant field
- Strong grasp of industrial construction practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to travel occasionally as required
